This project was completed as a conceptual case study.
The Goal:
Communicate healthier approaches to teenagers (grade 5-9)/young adults who wants to get to know others in a personal deeper level with romantic intentions.
The Synopsis:
A shy grade 8 boy falls for a new girl from California who dreams of meeting someone like Ken from Barbie. To get her attention, he joins the baking club she's in, studies Ken's look and personality, and even dresses like him. His efforts pay off when she notices and blushes. After seeing her sad about missing a movie with friends, he nervously asks her to see a movie with him. She says yes, and on their movie date, they hold hands for the first time, leaving him unable to focus on anything but how fast his heart is beating.
