Solution:
I created an old paper roll illustration to show the dignity of the Veterans. Then I included the phrase "Roll of Honour" using the typeface: Old English Text MT, considering the weight of this content. Considering this illustration being a page layout, I vectorized my illustration on Adobe Illustrator and cleaned up my line drawing. The names on the illustration are the fake names.

Process
At first, I drew a paper roll. Then I vectorized it on Adobe Illustrator to clean up the edges. Then I added some fake name list and did the test print to check how everything works.
