The Problem:
Create a series of spot illustrations for the history book. The History Book Committee will use these spot illustrations if it finds a space to include them on certain pages.

The Solution:
The spot illustrations of the Stettler History Book series are based on the nature around Stettler and the lifestyle of Stettler residents in the 20th century. The creatures and landscapes are based on what Stettler commonly has. Some of the artifacts, like the old telephone, are in the illustration to depict the lifestyle of the 1900s Stettler residents. As a result, the illustrations enhance the nostalgic atmosphere for the readers to recall their memories related to the page topics.
