This project was completed as a conceptual case study.
The Problem:
Create a colouring sheet spread (2 pages of 8.5*11") for kids by including sea creatures and using my childhood experience.

The Solution:
I recalled my memories of visiting the beach in July. I used the sketches I made at that time as inspiration to create these patterns. Sticking with blue and light lime yellow creates a popping effect, evoking emotions like a pop. Halftone textures evoke a sense of freshness at the beach. Adding the curvy line dynamics to objects that symbolize summer, such as parasols, exaggerates their actions.
