Solution:
The genre of this myth is drama with some comedy. Using some adaptation to deliver unfamiliar cultural content in a friendlier way, I used some Disney elements to capture the whimsical elements of the myth. I created my character costumes and settings based on the historical moment of the Chinese dynasty, specifically Song dynasty.
