"Nightmare"
This illustration narrates the character struggling to sleep by sitting on a chair after work. The use of black and white communicates the pale and painful state of the figure. Using the negative space creates the pressure of sleep deprivation. Completed in July 2024.
"Nostalgia"
Inspired by J. C. Leyendecker, this illustration sticks with pink and cream colours to exaggerate the warm love between the daughter and the father. Tried to challenge myself to deliver emotions through a minimal colour palette. The abstracted tree background adds the ethereal love of family. Completed in December 2024.
I was interested in abstracting Downtown Calgary. This illustration was completed on Procreate in April 2024.
I got into abstracting the different lip shapes based on how the lips move when kissing. These illustrations were completed on Adobe Illustrator in October 2024.
Inspired by the smell of Tom Ford White Suede, I created an abstraction of this fragrance, capturing the essence of the smell and image from the campaign. This work was completed on Adobe Illustrator in February 2024.
